HVAC INSPECTION OVERVIEW

FOUR-PART HEAT/COOL INSPECTION FORM

Here are just a few of the many elements covered in the heat/cool inspection: energy type, delivery type, zones information, boiler, heat pump and much more.  The VISIBLE CONDITIONS checklist covers over 30 different items. We also provide the inspector with a designated area to record specific zone information.  Of course the addendum is available if extra space is needed for the heat/cool inspection notes, or for that matter, any other part of the report.

MAINTENANCE TIPS

Within the heat/cool section the client will find some very helpful and strongly advised maintenance tips.  You will find all of the practical advice such as: change and clean filters, remove debris and shrubs from exterior unit, and more. W hile those are essential, there is certainly more than that to properly maintaining a heating and cooling system.  We provide your client with the information that they are likely to hear after they have had a series of repairs.  There is no substitute for preventative maintenance.
