ROOF INSPECTION OVERVIEW

The roof inspection form includes construction and style, materials and components, attic, chimneys, gutters and more. The five-year replacement probability is very helpful to the client also. How many times have you seen valleys in roofs saturated with wet leaves and debris?  A simple maintenance schedule can prevent costly repairs due to leaks in the future.  Let the client know, and always follow up with annual contact.
