Citizens Field Inspector Requirements
The following is an outline of the field inspector licensing requirements
required of Citizens Property Insurance for the Citizens Re-Inspection Program.
ATTENTION! If you are a new policy holder or you are
changing your existing policy and do NOT WANT TO BE INCONVENIENCED by a Citizens
re-inspection, simply utilize one of the qualified field inspectors on the
Inspection Depot Application and ensure your completed inspection report passes
through the third party quality assurance process provided by Inspection Depot.
NOTE: Currently not all inspectors on the Inspection Depot Application meet the
Citizens Licensing requirements, but are qualified for other inspections. This
may be confusing to some, and it is therefore imperative that you inform your
inspection company that you may be looking to Citizens for your insurance needs.
