Direct Repair QA Oversight
Inspection Depot offers direct repair QA oversight services to ensure the quality of managed repair work being conducted meets industry standards and client expectations.
Inspection Depot can prepare a QA oversight plan, to cover a random approach, percentage of completion approach, and for challenging projects where the client experience is being negatively impacted.

Bank Draw
Construction Draw Inspections
Inspection Depot provides commercial and residential Construction Bank Draw Inspection services to individual project owners, banks, and other financial institutions. Generally conducted on a monthly basis, our Construction Draw Inspections consist of a site inspection and report backed with photographic evidence to help our clients ensure the appropriate release of construction funds.
Our inspection evaluates the accuracy of the draw request, construction phase completion, inventory of stored materials on site, and confirmation that all work is consistent with the plans and specifications prior to the release of funds.
Inspection Depot’s Draw Inspection report includes the information at a minimum, but can be tailored based on client need:
